I've came back home 2 days ago after spending 20 days in Beirut!
and what can i say about Beirut!

First of all its not a family city at all! spending a week with my family might be fun but not more than that! Shopping in Beirut is tiring literally you always need to bargain which i hate! and they dont really offer variety of things! shoe and accessories are what i always come back with!

I don't like to say this but most of the Lebanese are very difficult to deal with. they always think they know better, and they have the stupidest marketing techniques that unfortunately most of the gulf citizens fall for and for that they thinkall of us khaleejies are stupid and that we don't know what to do with our money so they try to manipulate us as much as they can.

A night life in Beirut means to many khaleejies a restaurant or a cafe with a dancer sometimes or just a singer who sings khaleeji songs so awful just to please the majority and to attract the khaleejies passing by. Those cafe's which sell not food but chairs with different rates every night, exclusively for khaleejies! this doesn't work for me at all.. i love parties! and i love night life i just prefer a walk in a cozy area like jubail or gathering in a quite cafe with friends. or even spend the night in the balcony surfing the internet while listening to Feirooz!

Ive been going to Lebanon more than once a year since we have an apartment and my parents loves it there. but every time i leave i say to myself that i wont let them force me to go back again .. after few months when they decide going i go willingly i sometimes try to minimize my stay but i never say no. i don't know what exactly i miss is it the food i'm not sure! but i'm defiantly not going again on the summer accept with my friends or a huge company!
